Uintah Care Center Mission Statement

Uintah Care Center is designed to provide a protected environment for persons whose social needs require constructive supervision.

Our goal is to provide any needed service, within the scope of our ability, which will maintain individual clients at their highest level of self-care and independence. The administrative staff regards the rights of the individual as primary importance, insofar as they do not infringe on the rights or safety of others.

All staff are educated to "clients rights" at least annually, and these policies are designed to see that the client's rights are not
abused.
