Uintah Care Center has recently expanded and extensively renovated the facility to better facilitate our delivery of quality of health care to a broader community. These new amenities will provide your loved one comfort and security for an optimum level of care.

 

Uintah Care Center is licensed by the state of Utah and certified by Medicare and Medicaid.

We offer the highest quality of skilled & intermediate nursing available, with a personal touch. Our therapists are trained to provide rehabilitation services at the highest professional level for our residents.

Residents choose their personal physician or may elect to be seen by our medical director.

Rehabilitation & Skilled Long-Term Health Care

  • Round-the-clock access to medical attention.
  • Qualified to provide IV, tube feeding, oxygen regimens, C.P.R., wound care, ostomies, & other skilled nursing procedures.
  • All care givers are licensed, registered, and/or certified.
  • Hospice available.

Rehabilitation Therapies

  • Physical therapy for hip fractures, replacements, strokes, debility, post hospital care, by Ray Nestler, MSPT
  • Speech & occupational therapy for stroke, speech & swallow dysfunction on-site.

Our Goal is Quality of Life Through Quality of Care

Adult Day Care

Uintah Adult Day Center offers a safe stimulating environment for individuals requiring day time supervision or families in need of respite from 24 hour care.

Individualized programs offer self-development and enrichment opportunities. Our staff members are qualified professionals who offer
friendship and concern to all clients.

Who should attend the Adult Day Center?

  • Adults with memory impairment
  • Adults who cannot be left alone
  • Adults who have physical or mental disabilities
  • Adults who need supervision
  • Adults who are socially isolated
  • Adults who are depressed
  • Adults who live alone
  • Adults who need companionship and love during the daytime hours

The staff will work closely with families to develop a program to meet both the client and family needs.

  • Exercise
  • Recreation Therapy
  • Hobbies, Crafts, Cooking Fun
  • Nutritional Noon Meals & Snacks
  • Community Living Skills
  • Constant Supervision
  • Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy (As prescribed by personal physician)


Uintah Adult Day Center is' a Safe, warm, homelife environment where
we offer friendship & fun.

The Uintah Adult Day Center is committed to three main goals:

 

1. To enhance the quality of life for the aging adult.

 

2. To provide support and respite for caregivers.

 

3. To educate the community on the issues of aging.

 

Fees & Services:

The daily fee for attendance is $35.00. Fee includes all activities, meals and snacks. Transportation provided by the Golden Age Center.
